How long does the shipping take?

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the delivery of goods in Germany within 5-10 working days, for deliveries to all other countries within 10-14 working days after conclusion of the contract (after the date of your payment order).

Books can take up to 15 working days all accross the EU.

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise. The delivery time in this case is determined by the article with the longest delivery time.

How will the shipping be sent?

We use the service of Deutsche Post and DHL to ship our products. Orders under 20g will be sent as registered mail. Orders that up to 5kg will be send via parcel.

Note: Books are shipped by Lulu xpress from the UK. Shipping costs will also be calculated through them. If you order books and other products, they will arrive in different deliveries.

We calculate the shipping costs for Germany according to the shipping weight

  • up to 20g: 2,95€ (e.g. postcard set)
  • up to 2kg: 3.80€ (e.g. Planner or books)
  • up to 5kg: 5,99€ (e.g Planner, 2 books and postcard set)
Deliveries within the EU:

We calculate the shipping costs to other countries of the EU according to the shipping weight:

  • up to 20g: 3.40€ (e.g. postcard set)
  • up to 2kg: 4.90€ (e.g. planner or books)
  • up to 5kg: 15,99€ (e.g Planner, 2 books and postcard set)

Free shipping to anywhere from 50,00€

Deliveries through Lulu xPress

Please note, our guides are produced and shipped by Lulu xPress in and from the UK. Therefore shipping costs and delivery times may vary. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout but they can be in averadge summed up like the following.

3 Books: 4,20€

Delivery costs to all other countries in the EU

1 Book: 7,55€

2 Books: 8,65€

Delivery times

Lulu calculates with an averadge delivery time of 5-10 business days after printing. Printing duration takes approximately 3-5 business days after order placement.

This results in an expected arrival within 7-15 business days after order placement.

How can I pay?

For deliveries within Germany you have the following payment options:

For deliveries to EU countries you have the following payment options:

Is my data save with you?

All pages use an encrypted SSL connection and all servers on which data is stored are shopify-secured. We rely on a technology with which over 275,000 other online shops currently carry out their transactions daily and worldwide. We work exclusively with the most experienced and renowned payment service providers.

Will I receive an order confirmation and invoice from you?

After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation with all information by e-mail. You will also receive a message as soon as your order has been shipped and is on its way to you. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at support@tarafischer.org .

How are your products produced?

My books are distributed and printed via Lulu.

All postcards and the DreamLife planner are printed in Germany at WirmachenDruck.de.

Who is helping you with your online-shop and shipping?

As I just started out with my products I am currently doing all the work myself with lots of help from my parents and friends.

How can I give feedback on your products and services?

Write us an e-mail to support@tarafischer.org or contact Tara directly on Instagram @tara.fischer. We now have our own Instagram account for our shop: @tarafischershop

As these are my first own products, I am looking forward to your opinions. If there's something you'd like to do differently next time, or if there's something you like, let me know!

I have made a mistake with my information, how can I change it?

By sending the order, the information goes directly to our warehouse. Therefore, please write us directly to support@tarafischer.org as soon as you have noticed an error. Note: please include your order number in your e-mail.

I have a general question about the order or a problem with the order, who can I contact?

Just send an e-mail to support@tarafischer.org. Please note that it can take a while, as we receive a lot of requests at the same time and we can't get back to you immediately. We do our best to get back to you as soon as possible and reply to every e-mail.

I have not received my product, what should I do?

Please check the status of your shipment using your tracking number. If it says that the package is on its way, but the status has not changed for more than 3 days, please contact the customer service of Deutsche Post.

If the status indicates that the parcel has been delivered but you haven't received it, please also contact Deutsche Post Customer Service.

If neither has worked, please contact our customer service at support@tarafischer.org

Can I exchange my product? What do I have to consider?

If you are unhappy with your product or if it is different than expected, you can return it to us within 15 days and we will refund your money. The product must not be used, otherwise we will not be able to refund your money. Unfortunately, we cannot cover the costs for the return, these are covered by you. All other costs involved, such as restocking and handling, will be taken over by us.

How does the exchange and refunds work?

Just send the product, well packed, back to the address below. Please include a note with your name, address, contact information, email address, and order number. Without this information, we will not be able to assign your return.

Do I get a return receipt for the return?

Unfortunately, we cannot cover the return costs. As a customer, you take these costs. Therefore, you don't get a return note from us. You can simply send the product back to us with a shipping service of your choice.
